These are the first three words that come to my mind when I think about Lerae, and her work.
Through coaching, friendship, and now an enlarging arena for speaking engagements, Lerae is sharing her talents and motivating others to see the gifts they carry, as well as inspire them to grow.
Encouragement is a strong trait in Leraes work, and in its fruition are the benefits of heightened awareness and growth.
