At Soul Designs, we believe that if you're working too hard, you're not coaching. Join us and earn 15 CCEU's while learning to coach with greater impact and ease. This 4-week video conference based course will introduce you to the COACH ME coaching conversation model and will show you how to create more ease and impact in your coaching simply by putting emphasis on establishing robust agreements and utilizing a coaching conversation model. YOU ARE A COACH, THIS IS YOUR WORK! You know this to be true, and yet, you struggle with confidence; you question your value and worth. Whether you are a new coach or have been coaching for years, let me just say, 'the struggle is real', not just for you but for so many! Not only is it real, but it can manifest into feeling like you are a fraud or imposter; you're not a "real" coach. We are here to tell you that you are not alone. You are not the only one. There is a path to peace in this area of your life. The Confident Coach has been carefully designed to include online content that you can work with on your own and with others through group coaching. The content has been crafted to take you on a journey to bridge the gap between your struggle and your potential in such a way that is sustainable and will bring ease and energy to your overall experience of coaching and being a coach. We would like to invite you to join us so you can align with your soul design and learn how to tap into your full potential as a coach. We believe that you already hold the key to everything you desire. The Confident Coach journey is a 12-week online course that includes six weeks of online content which is supported by six biweekly group coaching sessions. This course will change your heart and mind if you let it. Through in-depth exercises, tools, resources and coaching will gain a fresh perspective. A perspective that will allow you to experience more of what you love about coaching with more ease and a greater sense of fulfillment.

Join Mentor Coach and owner of Soul Designs Coaching, Lerae Gidyk, for a dynamic group mentor coaching experience. What started out as group supervision for coaches has morphed into an efficient, effective, community and skill building way of acquiring the majority of your required mentor coaching hours. If you are preparing for accreditation with the International Coaching Federation or wanting to grow your coaching skills, competency and/or coaching community, this is the right mentoring choice for you. You will receive mentor coaching that is relevant to your developmental outcomes as well as being enhanced by the rich learning the group environment has to offer. This is a cost effective alternative to one-on-one mentor coaching that will provide you with a way to acquire mentor coaching hours, expand your coaching capabilities and much more.
The ICF limits the number of group mentor coaching hours to 7hrs. However, the program offers eight of the ten required mentor coaching hours by including a recorded coaching session review and 60min 1:1 debrief of written feedback. By participating in the Super Circle group mentoring program you will receive:

Every coach who applies for accreditation with the International Coaching Federation will have to complete a three hour multiple choice exam called the ICF Credentialing Exam Prep Class . In support of coaches preparing for accreditation, Soul Designs offers a 90min preparatory class that will provide you with information regarding the areas of focus for the exam, best practices for preparing for the exam, sample questions to discuss in a group setting and a forum to ask questions and address any concerns you might have related to preparing, completing and being successful. You will also have the opportunity to hear from a coach who recently completed the exam. The guest coach will share their experience, address your questions and, ideally, put your mind at ease.
This course is offered both as a stand-alone class and as part of the Soul Design Super Circle group mentoring program.
The BAM program is designed and delivered by SDCI and MCE owners bringing their wealth of knowledge and expertise to the program’s design and delivery. The program is structured to provide an enhanced experience around knowledge, awareness, appreciation and practical application of ICF mentor coaching duties, personal traits and competencies. This virtual learning program will be offered in 1-hour sessions over eight weeks. Between classes, learners will be involved in activities designed to facilitate integration and application of learning from the previous class attended. A certificate of completion will be issued to those who successfully fulfill the attendance and practicum requirements. Successful completion of this program is a prerequisite for entry into the SDCI/MCE Master Mentor Coaching (MMC) Program.
